What You’ll Do
Looking for an opportunity to work with a Global Team while working Remotely? This opportunity would be the right fit for you! You will be supporting our Global Workforce team providing Systems Administration and Support for a Client Specific tool that will leverage new technology and processes.

You'll report to Senior Manager, Systems Software Engineering. This role would be critical for supporting a Client Ramp up project and to meet necessary deadlines.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Build and maintain organizational hierarchy.

·Manage user administration: Add, update, and delete users; grant access to new users.

·Edit recording/archiving rules and profiles:map new extensions to ensure proper system records.

·Create and modify user profiles/roles and QA forms.

·Troubleshoot access and recording/profile issues: coordinate and escalate system issues.

·Perform daily system checks to validate key platform functions and reduce downtime impacts.

·Vendor/User Management: Regular check-ins, with team, manage ticket queues, gather enhancement requests, and assess operational/process concerns.

What You Bring to the Role

·At least 2 years work experience in a Tier 0 / 1 application support or similar role

·Knowledge and experience in using QM Systems.

·Root cause analysis skills

·Troubleshooting skills

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of data
