Carries out moderately complex information systems and/or information technology tasks within more than one discipline, such as application support, database administration, software quality assurance/quality control, software engineering, network telecommunications, and infrastructure operations of administration, analysis, engineering and design. + Actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks, analyzing technical issues, and developing and implementing corrective actions. + Observe and interpret visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure. + Translate user requests into technical diagnoses, then apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs. + Develop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact. + Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered. + Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering.
