Position Description

Responsible for providing the hands-on technical experience to maintain the functionality of the organization’s network. Coordinating efforts with the Director of IT, this position works closely with internal customers to provide a consistent and reliable computing platform.

Position Requirements

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field; or ten (10) or more years of relevant work experience.

2.Three (3) years experience in MIS environment utilizing an Ethernet Network, Microsoft Windows servers / networks

PREFERRED:

1. Four (4) years experience in IT environment utilizing an Ethernet networks, Windows Server, network switches / routers, and security technologies

2. Five to eight years of system/network administration experience.

3. A+ certification; Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCSE) or equivalent experience.

4. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Network procedures, hardware, software, and security

5. Experience in 24/7 environment

6. Working knowledge of PC and printer hardware, PC operating systems, and application software

7. Prior Healthcare experience
