Job Summary This role is responsible for the continuous development and managing of the document management solution and e-signing solution. Identifies processes and solutions to automate and streamline work process flows within the Credit Unions document management department. Performs various functions of overall records management program, including scanning, indexing and validation of daily work, loan files and other critical Credit Union documents as required. Essential Job Functions Leads or participates in business process reviews and works with business units to do full development lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, testing, training and implementation with the document management and the electronic signing solutions. Responsible for the end to end maintenance of imaging processes and overall procedural documentation. Ensures methods and practices are current in adhere to federal and state regulations. Implements and maintains the record retention settings and workflows to ensure compliance with applicable policies. Troubleshoots and diagnose issues with the enterprise content management solutions and performs quality activities to ensure the integrity of systems and data quality. Directs the flow and distribution of documents to be scanned and archived. Scans daily work, loan files and other critical Credit Union documents in a timely and organized manner. Maintains logs of records retention program. Performs quality control checks of electronic images and maintains document integrity. Partners with Information Technology and vendor consultants for the maintenance, configuration of applications and issue resolutions for the imaging system. Performs evaluation and implementation of cross platform applications integration. Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced OnBase System Administrator Certification and OnBase Workflow Administrator Certification required within 2 years of hire or equivalent experience with an enterprise content management solution. Experience Requirements 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution required, preferably in a Credit Union. Previous experience with document imaging, electronic signing solutions and robotic process automation required. Special Skill Requirement Knowledge of computer operating systems and computer networks. Analytical, critical thinking, written communication and interpersonal skills working in a cross functional team environment. Advanced OnBase System Administrator Certification and OnBase Workflow Administrator Certification or equivalent experience with an enterprise content management solution. Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office. Physical Actions This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance. Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Visually verifies and reads information. Visually locates material, resources and other objects. Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.Benefits
