AssociateJob Description & Summary
A career in Information Technology, within our external IT managed services team, will provide you with the right opportunity to start or enhance your career within the IT sector.This Role entails providing 1st and 2nd Line support to our clients through a ticketing system and phone support both onsite and remotely. You will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues as well as helping our client’s deliver any IT project they might embark on.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Installation and administration of server environments
Provide 1st and 2nd line support
Network analysis; monitoring; capacity management and secure configuration
Planning and deploying technology upgrades; migrating platforms and new infrastructure
Assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed
Compiling documentation for implemented projects
Developing new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
Using a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the business area
Experience on any of the following would be an asset
The ideal candidate should have:
Good knowledge of Windows Server; MS Azure; Office 365
Good knowledge of Virtualized environment such as VMware and HyperV
Knowledge of common telecommunication solutions, VOIP systems
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Professional and proactive attitude
Be in possession of a Diploma in IT or a similar qualification
A degree in ICT, Engineering or related field will be considered as an asset
Driving License is a requirement
