Systems Administrator Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * As the Systems Administrator you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software; ensuring smooth operations and addressing user concerns. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues using basic diagnostic techniques, identifying problems, investigating their causes, and recommending effective solutions. The position also involves offering remote support through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for users across global locations. Additionally, the role includes identifying, investigating, resolving, and following up on issues reported to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure. Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday. **You’ll bring these qualifications:** + HS/GED and 15-year(s) experience or Bachelors and 10-year(s) experience + Active Directory experience. + Experience with Remote Desktop + Provide support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset. + Active / current DoD 8570 CE (Security+, Network+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent) + Active TS/SCI Polygraph - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
