The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator to join our Accounts Management team, supporting the Distributed Ground System (DGS) modernization and system operations. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and is critical to maintaining secure and efficient operations for mission-critical systems. Our Accounts Management Team works 24/7 on four consecutive 10-hour shifts each week. The work hours for this position will be Sunday - Wednesday, days: 0600-1600. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Provision user accounts using Quest One Identity products.

Collaborate with management and clients to ensure accurate account permissions are assigned.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose, isolate, and resolve common account issues, identifying root causes.

Respond promptly to service outages, technical queries, and system-related issues.

System Operations & Maintenance:

Conduct regular system health checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ensure optimal performance.

Perform systems analysis and development to adapt to evolving technologies.

Update and maintain configuration management documentation.

Collaboration & Guidance:

Work closely with security teams on system upgrades and issue resolution.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel.


Qualifications:

Required:

Clearance: Active TS/SCI.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant systems administration experience.

Certifications: Security+ CE.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Proficiency with one or more of the following technologies:

Microsoft Server 2012/2016

Microsoft Windows 10/11

Linux

VMware

Data Center Storage Management

Puppet

Desired:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Additional Skills:

Experience with SharePoint.

Familiarity with SailPoint IAM solutions.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
