The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supporting Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, servers, printers, and basic networking. The role will involve ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure while providing technical support across the organization. Experience in manufacturing environments and data storage is a plus. Key Responsibilities: + Administer and maintain Windows 10 environments, ensuring system stability and performance. + Manage and support Office 365, including user account management, troubleshooting, and application support. + Oversee Active Directory (AD) for user authentication, permissions, and group policies. + Configure, monitor, and maintain print servers and resolve printer-related issues. + Support and manage servers (both physical and virtual) for optimal performance and uptime. + Monitor and troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN, WAN, VPN). + Perform regular system backups, updates, and patches to maintain security and functionality. + Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions. + Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on best practices for IT tools and systems. + Collaborate with IT team members to implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades. + Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support role. + Strong experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, printers, and servers. + Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). + Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting end-users. Nice to Have: + Experience in manufacturing environments or related industries. + Familiarity with data storage solutions and technologies (NAS, SAN, etc.). + Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
