Job Description One of our largest public institutions of higher education clients in New Jersey is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Institutional Planning and Operations team. They will be a key player on this team as they will be responsible for adding redundancy to their systems; The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, virtual servers, and critical infrastructure services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, who is also adaptable and willing to learn new technologies. Skills and Requirements -Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator. -Proficient in Windows Server 2016 and later versions. -Skilled in VMWare and vCenter. -Practical experience with WSUS, AD DS, DNS Server, DFSR, IIS, and File and Print Services. -Experience with Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint services. -Strong PowerShell scripting skills. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills. -Willingness and ability to learn new technologies as needed. -Ability to pass a police background check. -Experience in maintaining critical infrastructure services. -Ability to work flexibly and be on-call as required. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
