Description We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the Construction/Contractor industry located in ROSEVILLE, California. In this role, you will be tasked with handling system administration tasks, providing ERP support, and ensuring efficient help desk operations. Responsibilities • Oversee the management and maintenance of ERP systems, including IBSWIN, Microsoft Dynamics, and New Stars Web-Based. • Ensure a smooth operation of Windows 10 systems through continuous system maintenance. • Provide comprehensive help desk support to employees, which includes resolving issues related to computers and software. • Facilitate system upgrades and implementation processes, with a focus on transitioning to new systems like Homebuilder 1 (Microsoft Dynamics). • Liaise with staff across various departments, especially those in construction, to handle repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy. • Support changes and integrations within the accounting system. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Must possess a strong understanding of the construction/contractor industry and its specific IT requirements. • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, or similar role, within the construction/contractor sector. • Demonstrated ability in Hardware Troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Proficiency in using Dynamics CRM to manage customer relationships and business processes. • Experience with Windows, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Ability to identify system problems, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions. • Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and control structures. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and provide IT support. • Relevant certifications in IT or related field would be highly regarded.
