Systems Administrator
Description We are offering a potential contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Concord, Massachusetts. As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic team, providing advanced technical support, managing IT projects, and maintaining accurate hardware and software inventory. Responsibilities: • Provide solutions for complex hardware and software issues, offering advanced Tier II/III technical support to end-users. • Manage IT projects, which could include system deployments, upgrades, and migrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows, and macOS environments. • Provide support at various locations, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to travel. • Document technical procedures and solutions in a comprehensive and clear manner. • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective support. • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring all resources are accounted for. • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of clients. • Leverage your knowledge of Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Azure AD Connect, Mac OS, and Intune to provide effective solutions.
