The MAA is currently accepting applications for the position of Systems Administrator and Reports Manager within the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall Airport). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Maintaining data integrity of contract financial data and generating real-time ad hoc performance and statutorily quarterly and annually required reports, in addition to serving as the liaison between MAA’s ODEI, MDOT IFMIS Team, GOSBA, and Early Morning Software (EMS). + Providing training and technical support to the MAA’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion compliance staff, Contract Managers, Prime and Sub vendors, and other internal or external customers. + Auditing and assessing contractor business activities and conducting quality assurance reviews of PRISM. In addition to collecting and analyzing financial data from sources within the MAA, MDOT, FAA, other state and federal government agencies, and various sectors of private industry. This position is located at BWI Marshall Airport in Anne Arundel County, MD. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Experience: Six years of experience in administrative staff or professional work. * Two years of this experience must involve data management and/or reporting of DBE, MBE, ACDBE, and/or VSBE programs. *This statement contains a Selective Qualification, which is more focused in scope than the Minimum Qualifications for this classification. Selective Qualifications are utilized when the position requires specific or additional bona fide occupational qualifications (i.e., knowledge, skills, or abilities). The ideal candidate will possess: + Experience working with PRISM Compliance Management Systems or similar data integrity quality assurance management systems. + Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, especially Excel. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data. + Great customer service experience Notes: 1. Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience. 2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience in administrative staff or professional work for the required experience. 3. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in administrative staff or professional work for the required experience. 4. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher-ranking commissioned officer on a year-for-year basis for the required experience. Licenses & Certifications Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
