**Shift:** Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
**Pay Rate:** $ 42.34/hour
**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our Jira platform, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness in supporting our organizational goals. You will define, support, maintain, and implement configurations and best practices for Jira and its plugins, driving continuous improvement and streamlining workflows across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform comprehensive Jira administration and application support, including Structure, JEMH, EazyBI, and ScriptRunner.
+ Manage all aspects of the Jira toolchain, encompassing workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons, and integrations.
+ Develop, customize, and maintain support dashboards and advanced filters to enhance end-user reporting capabilities.
+ Utilize and implement Structure's Expr formulas for advanced configurations.
+ Design and implement ScriptRunner scripts to automate processes and enhance functionality.
+ Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on business needs.
+ Provide expert guidance on Jira best practices and solutions.
**Requirements:**
+ 5+ years of proven experience as a Jira Administrator.
+ Strong proficiency in administering Structure, JEMH, EazyBI, and ScriptRunner.
+ In-depth knowledge of Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons, and integrations.
+ Expertise in creating and customizing dashboards and advanced filters.
+ Demonstrated ability to utilize Structure's Expr formulas.
+ Extensive experience in implementing ScriptRunner scripts.
+ Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
+ Atlassian certifications are preferred, but not required.
**Pay Details:** $42.33 per hour
