(Contingent upon contract award) First Division Consulting is hiring a Systems Administrator III to fill a role located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The contractor shall perform the following task(s): + Manage and maintain virtualized environments, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and efficiency. + Implement and troubleshoot VMware solutions, deploys virtual machines, and ensures high availability of virtual infrastructure. Requirements + Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. + An Active TS Clearance is required. + Certification Requirement: IAT 3 + 7 years of experience administering VMware Virtual Environments, including installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and managing backups. Physical Requirements: + While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. + Light to moderate lifting may be required. + Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
