Systems Administrator - Salesforce

**The Team**
We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Data and Digital Solutions team, a multifunctional team delivering process optimization, technology solutions, data management, and reporting analytics for all groups within U.S. Tower. You will manage non-financial system applications utilized by more than 2,000 employees and 10,000 external users. You will be the primary system administrator, configuring applications, designing and implementing enhancements to the core system, fulfilling ongoing maintenance requests, and serve as a subject matter expert providing Tier 1 business and external customer support. You will work closely with functional teams and leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure, including setting goals and tracking and troubleshooting issues.
**What You Need to Succeed**
+ Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
+ Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce or a similar software experience required.
+ Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
+ 3 years of experience bringing robust, scalable Salesforce solutions to market strongly preferred.
+ Understanding of IT and business concepts.
+ Experience leading cross-functional projects.
+ Three years of customer service experience.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for system improvements.
+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to provide technical direction and guidance to support business operations.
+ Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other and IT project management methodologies.
+ Evaluate additional Salesforce products and add-ons to identify potential functionality and implementation requirements.
**What You Can Offer Us**
+ Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and data management transactions.
+ Act as a primary point of contact for providing technical support and troubleshooting of Salesforce and supporting applications.
+ Perform preproduction planning; support the gathering of business requirements and the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions that meet established requirements and standards.
+ Support the troubleshooting and analysis of integrations with Salesforce or other associated systems.
+ Analyze and correct complex functional and data issues and develop solutions and workarounds.
+ Develop and prepare training materials and provide support for system user training workshops; present new systems, features, and enhancements; provide one-on-one training.
+ Implement and maintain best practices for Salesforce governance, including security settings, user permissions, system configuration documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Scope and prioritize enhancement requests with multiple stakeholders, including the Project Management Organization, other internal business customers, and senior management; manage and maintain product roadmap.
+ Develop and maintain productive business customer relationships; be the “voice of the customer” to the IT Project team and its members; support development and delivery in a collaborative manner.
+ Create and maintain reports, dashboards to support business operations and decision making.
+ Provide support for Salesforce native reporting and collaborate with Reporting/Analytics and BI teams to integrate data into the data lake and OAS reporting platform.
+ Other duties as assigned.
