Systems Analysis, Professional (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office - VA)

Position Overview:

Enterprise Operations & Technology Division's Enterprise BTO Department is looking for a Systems Analyst with strong analytical qualities, sound technology experience, and excellent communication skills. The primary responsibility shall be to provide administration and integration support for Freddie Mac Web Content Management (WCMS) Platform - Acquia.  Additionally, as a systems analyst, the candidate shall effectively support other multiple concurrent technology projects and products in a fast-paced environment working closely with IT, business, and vendor stakeholders.

The Systems Analyst will effectively support other projects in a fiscally responsible manner that enhances productivity and the quality of the employee experience. The projects are related to business applications and capabilities used by Chief Administrative Office (CAO) & Legal business Divisions that leverage mostly COTS and SaaS solutions.  The Systems Analyst shall also participate in assigned maintenance, operational, and other business support tactical activities to deliver value to the department and customers.

Your Impact:

• Manage and configure WCMS Platform (Acquia)• Manage new subscriptions, sites, and solution design with Acquia Cloud Site Factory (ACSF)• Manage certificate renewals, identity & access management onboarding, and security vulnerability remediation• Support Bitbucket Cloud, Content Delivery Network (CDN), and Cloud Flare Web Access Firewall (WAF) instances and configurations• Work on and/or lead project tasks belonging to multiple and concurrent projects• Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand, and complete business and non-functional scope, requirements, and processes• Research and evaluate different technology solutions involving COTS/SaaS or custom build or both• Participate in cost-benefit analyses per approved scope, assumptions, constraints, and evaluations• Collaborate with project managers, developers, test analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders through the project lifecycle, and assist in project status reporting and communications• Develop test plans and provide support to ensure accurate and reliable product validation• Be an active Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on business use of solutions, systems, and processes• Support impact analysis related to applications’ maintenance and support• Lead and/or support assigned ad-hoc activities related to business technology, analysis requests, and vulnerability remediation

Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferredTypically has 2 - 4 years related experienceExperience working in and running WCMS Platforms and components such as Content Delivery Network (CDN), Acquia Site Factory or Acquia Cloud, Cloud Flare Web Access Firewall (WAF) Practical knowledge and hand on experience in using Bitbucket, pipelines, branching models, workflow, Linux command line, CI/CD, and release managementExperience with supporting and/or handling IT projects including infrastructure projectsExperience in end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications involving COTS & SaaSExperience with Agile and SDLC projects, and/or Operations involving production application maintenance, support, and business operationsStrong analytical and process design skills; ability to define data requirements and integrationsExperience with troubleshooting system or product issuesHigh level understanding of cloud, hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies (networking, file systems, databases etc.,)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $84,000 - $126,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
