As an IT Systems Analyst, you will help manage the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other IT applications within our manufacturing environment. You are required a understanding of system configuration, server management, equipment integrations, ERP integrations, and vendor management. You will be part of a team, focusing on the technical aspects within the deployments.
The working location will be in our Tianjin Plant. You will report to Business Analyst Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of MES and other IT manufacturing applications.
Manage server setup, maintenance, and optimization for manufacturing applications.
Integrate manufacturing equipment with IT systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Oversee ERP system integrations to ensure it is aligned with manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with vendors to manage software and hardware solutions, ensuring they meet all requirements.
Align technical solutions with requirements and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT manufacturing applications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience implementing and configuring MES and other IT applications in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of server management, system configuration, and equipment integration.
Experience with system integrations.
English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
