**General Summary:**
Qualcomm's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) is looking for a senior level systems analyst for a fast paced and global environment. As a team member you will be participating in protecting our intellectual property, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling the business for success. This role will interface with key business partners and IT functions to do requirement gathering, evaluation, design, testing and processes improvement in support of critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services. It will plan, conduct and direct the analysis of business problems to be solved with existing identity services and contributes to aligning existing and potential solutions with evolving business requirements.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
The Systems Analyst will analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configure system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
+ Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements.
+ Work closely with IT Engineers and Developers to ensure seamless integration of process improvements into our systems.
+ Facilitate and/or lead discussion (communication) with team stakeholders (e.g., IT and user community) focused on execution and planning of systems projects.
+ Gather internal and external systems requirements to ensure the implementation of export compliance procedures (requirements) for new system, system changes and upgrade development, and implementations.
+ Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Lead End User Training and provide users process and systems training.
+ Form effective relationships with a broad cross-section of Qualcomm personnel to successfully accomplish goals & objectives. Actively support diversified teams within the Company.

+ Decision Making - The ability to make quick, accurate decisions. This includes the ability to weigh alternatives and consider the impact of the decisions on people, equipment, or other resources.
+ Getting Work Done - The ability to be organized, understand large sets of data, resourceful, and planful.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or IT-related field.
+ 6+ years of experience with analyzing complex data sets.
+ 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
+ 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
+ 1+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports).
A background with hands on experience in identity lifecycle management and deploying cross functional system-based solutions is highly desirable. The experience should consist of writing requirements documents and functional specifications that capture business requirements.
**Level of Responsibility:**

+ Uses verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
+ Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.
+ Uses deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or conflicting; advanced data analysis and interpretation skills are required.
+ Exercising exceptional creativity is needed to innovate new ideas and develop innovative products/ processes without established objectives or known parameters.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Hands on experience with Identity and Access Management solutions including: Identity Governance, Single Sign On, Access Management, and Multi Factor Authentication.
+ Detailed understanding of software development lifecycle and processes.
+ Experience with Saviynt Identity Governance platform.
+ MS Azure AD and Identity knowledge.
+ Understanding of MS Conditional Access policies.
+ Experience in analyzing data and metrics for operational excellence

**Pay range** **and Other Compensation & Benefits** **:**
$115,200.00 - $172,800.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
