Purpose Statement Interpret specifications to build systems solutions to support business processes, aligned with relevant internal and external governance Design, develop and maintain automation and integration solutions in accordance with specific business requirements and IT drivers Provide technical system support and liaise with system vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues
  Experience

Min:

5-6 years’ experience in Systems Design and Analysis 2-3 years’ experience in Systems and Data Integration using a combination of the following platform solutions Transact-SQL PowerShell JavaScript

Ideal:

2-3 years’ experience in a Systems Analysis Role

 

Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational A relevant qualification in Information Technology Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Certification in ITIL A relevant qualification in Project Management Knowledge

Min:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of

Automation using PowerShell Querying Data with Transact-SQL Programming with JavaScript Systems Implementation and Technical Systems Support Vendor Liaison and Management

Ideal:

Jira Core Confluence Advanced knowledge and understanding of Systems Analysis Methodologies ITIL Principles and the application thereof

Solid understanding of:

Banking systems Banking business models Best practices for Quality Assurance (QA) Skills Communications Skills Facilitation Skills Presentation Skills Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills Project Management Skills (Methodolgy Specific) SQL Skills Web Services XML PowerShell JavaScript Analytical Skills Problem solving skills Attention to Detail Conditions of Employment A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required Contactable via own mobile phone Clear criminal and credit record
