General Description

We are looking for a Systems Analyst for the Technology Management Division to help implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of an initiative, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, and ensuring high level of quality of the delivered product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Finds innovative ways to improve an existing process to make it more efficient or more effective. Writes user stories that are clear, concise, easy to understand, and implemented by the development team—groups stories into themes and epics as necessary. Integrates the needs of several different stakeholders to produce an overall solution. Defines acceptance criteria and creates test cases for certification and user acceptance. Participates in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing. Gathers data to help determine prioritization of work items. Conduct and analyze primary research on users, competitors, etc. Responsible for ensuring releases are deployed successfully. May require off-hour and weekend on-call support periodically. Monitors and ensures compliance with SLA's. Engages appropriate IT/business users to resolve technical issues and support business processes. Partners to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users. Can train users on the system. Ensures end user support needs are met with a high quality of service.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, preferred.

Experience  Minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing, implementing, and improving applications/platforms or related field. Experience in process documentation preferred.  Knowledge or experience in financial or insurance preferred. Preferred Certifications Agile (Product Owner, Scrum Master) Lean Six Sigma Other Qualifications Knowledge of banking regulations preferred. Experience of Agile methodologies preferred. Technical background is a must. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Organizational skills and meet deadlines. Ability to work under minimum supervision. Process documentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish. Proficiency in the use of Office 365 applications mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, among others. Availability and disposition to work off-hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
