Are you someone who has experience in:

Interpreting the business requirement specification and translate into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible and efficient solution of a business problemTh sucessful candidate must bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutionsUnified Modeling Language (UML), and sequence diagram experience is non-negotiable Must have a good understanding of process flowsTogaf certification would be ideal 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role Working closely with the business, development team and other key stakeholders, to ensure requirements are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standardsEnsure system, process and efficiency improvements (including innovations)Analyse system technical requirementConduct a system requirement risk assessmentDefine, develop and document how business systems interface functionallyBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisationDisplay and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivityParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own developmentEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processesCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsManages risks in own area of responsibilityCreates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
