Job Summary
Provides systems support, test and implementation of primary and secondary information systems. Provides systems analysis and support for the user and departmental community as well as performs needs analysis and development reporting.

Primary Duties:
1. Defines and plans medium to large sized projects.
2. Manages systems as well as change and upgrades to existing applications.
3. Develops reports, processes and workflow.
4. Development, upgrade and enhancement existing systems.
5. Develops, writes and debugs software or use other tools to work with data and produces reports or other data outcomes.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
