Are you someone who can:

Create conceptual and technical systems designs like data models, interface designs, and workflow diagramsAnalyse existing company processes to identify areas for improvement and automationPerform feasibility studies to evaluate proposed system solutionsCollaborate with development teams to test systemsProvide ongoing technical support to end usersCreate comprehensive documentation for all stages of the research, design, implementation, and maintenance stages of a projectLiaise with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure clear communication of project objectives and deliverablesParticipate in system testing to ensure developed systems meet quality standardsStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements Conduct a system requirement risk assessmentDefine, develop and document how business systems interface functionallyBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationDisplay and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivityParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own developmentEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processesManages risks in own area of responsibility

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a BCom, B.Eng., BSc Eng., BSc Informatics, or related degreeMinimum 3 years System Analysis experienceHave experience with API design & Database design, SQL, JavaCan write technical requirementsAdvance knowledge of the full SDLCHave programming experience (advantageous)Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skillsSolid understanding of software development methodologies and system design principles Excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate technical concepts to non-technical users Relevant experience with system analysis tools, project management software applications, documentation tools, and knowledge of hardware
