Job Seekers, Please send resumes to swapna@hireitpeople.com Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities:Create design and workflows for high-quality web and mobile tablet application with rich content and components of user interface by working closely with user experience designers to take wireframes and mockups from conception to implementation.Review and understand the existing application functionality and enhancing it to the latest technologies and functionalities with respect to the business requirement, preparing the technical specification documents (TSD'S) for all the services that are to be implemented.Helping POD analyst to document detailed approach and flows, including list of APIs that are being modified or new one’s being introduced, with agreements from stake holders of IT for the APIs. Collaborating with project stakeholders, business people, SMEs, and other staff to understand the business and technical requirements with specifications for new applications and for reengineering of existing business applications.Exposed to complete Agile (scrum) software development lifecycle, participated in PI planning, sprint planning, daily scrum stand up, and sprint retrospective meetings.Grooming requirements and user stories with offshore teams to understand the functional requirements and to determine the development efforts. To be the point of contact for the team for functional and technical query clarifications.Used ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tool for tracking the defects at the time of scrum, regression and progression testing. Used robomongo and nitro to fetch the logs for analyzing the defects, root cause analysis of issues reported by the testing team and provide solution for the issues.Collecting information to analyze and evaluate Sprint applications or systems to determine impacts to the Middleware platformPrepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.Translate business and user requirements into accurate middleware technical requirements specification documents through systems and data analysis.Coordinating and managing project Change Requests. Communicating effectively to keep business, IT and project personnel up to dateEstimating task and workload to achieve deliverables and goals, delivering on time and on estimation. Maintaining technical skills and expertise through continuing education and training.Assisting in definition, design, and management of Enterprise Architecture components and low-level technical Architecture design documents.Utilizing departmental Software Development Lifecycle Methodology as a guide for analyst activities.Collaborating/Partner with other teams including Enterprise Testing, Release Planning and Management, Development, Project Management, and Application Support on successful delivery of systems enhancements.Providing on call and after hours support as required for production releases.
Education:
The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent or closely related field with relevant experience.
