ResponsibilitiesAs a technical analyst, you support the intelligence community and provide national leaders the information they need to keep our country safe. You’ll develop your problem-solving skills to secure national assets through research and analysis of sensitive information. You’ll be responsible for performing, leading, and coordinating activities for the development of complex information technology systems and applications. Apply business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies, principles and business process modernization projects. Support day-to-day technical aspects of product operational data to identify diagnostic issues in enough detail to determine if the root cause is hardware or software related. Performs systems planning, performance management, capacity planning, testing and validation, benchmarking, information engineering, and systems engineering plans.

QualificationsYou Have:
1+ years of experience working on complex information technology systemsExperience with Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating systemsExperience supporting and collaborating with intelligence community personnelAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues with basic network and operating systemsAbility to create technical documentationTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical environment in lieu of degree Clearance Level TS/SCI polygraph Job Locations US-TX-San Antonio, Skills Linux, Analyst, Technical Analyst, system administration Max USD $125,000.00/Yr.
