ITW Deltar Fasteners serves all the major OEMs and their tier suppliers with plastic fasteners totalling approximately $270M in revenues. Units include: Frankfort, IL; Chippewa Falls, WI and our Commercial Sales and Engineering in Troy, MI.

The Systems Analyst will report to the Commercial Finance Manager. They will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards using advanced analytics to improve forecast and report revenue projections to support the Deltar Fasteners Division. Goals will be based on being a business partner of the commercial team, accuracy of data, organization & timely delivery of financial reports. The Systems analyst will work with all OEM teams to align data inputs into our systems to consistently report revenue projections, performance metrics and provide analysis on metrics for the overall division.
**_Strategy_**
+ Partner with the OEM, Tier Sales Managers and the Deltar Commercial Finance Manager to develop and execute long range & annual sales plans leveraging data collected in our Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. Ensure consistency of data inputs across the various groups.
**_Structure_**
+ Be a business partner with accounting and commercial. Developing relationships that provide insight and a landscape to operations that helps raise the bar in overall accuracy of monthly, quarterly & annual outlook. Gather requirements from commercial to develop reports and dashboards that will help management monitor and track key KPIs.
+ Lead the compilation and preparation of monthly revenue outlook, AP and LRP revenue targets, and review performance to expectations on a monthly basis. Help support the team to identify and understand performance variations for appropriate planning.
+ Align with operations on capacity planning utilizing Salesforce CRM forecast and actual data.
+ Compare forecast to actual results. Specifically, key performance indicators such as sales reports, sales expenses, dollar per car by segment or OEM, new and lost business, etc., for the purpose of detecting undesirable trends at an early stage in order to take prompt remedial action for specific OEM.
+ Partner with Corporate resources to manage SQL-based data warehouse storing all CRM related data. Manage and maintain all master data associated with Salesforce CRM.
+ Track and support CRM by leading the verification, accuracy and achievement of $/car data and the division performance on “Sold Projects”. Measure performance of contracted “Sold Projects” to actual results, utilizing this information to help manage forecast expectations.
+ Apply the ITW Toolbox to projects and strategies implemented.

+ Maintain a continuing analysis of key performance indicators (KPI’s) and make recommendations on additional KPI’s to evaluate.
+ Actively measure and hold self, team and business accountable to the KPI’s.

**Position Skills and Experience Requirements:**
+ Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree - B.A. /B.S. from four-year College or University in Business, Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
+ 3-5 years of experience demonstrating analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Advanced skills using MS Excel or some level of skill + the ability to learn.
+ Personal accountability that aligns with the ITW employee development and leadership model.
+ Detail oriented, the ability to pay close attention to detail, remaining accurate with large collections of data.
+ The ability to problem solve by recognizing patterns, trends, strategies and finding correlations where applicable.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders from various organizational levels and functions.
+ Willing to travel periodically.
