Job Summary
The Systems Analyst is responsible for providing system-level support of multi-user systems, software tools including installation, maintenance, and support of these systems.

Duties & Responsibilities
Create and maintain information reports for all business units Implement automation of information reports and alerts Develop and maintain application software; troubleshoot and rectify application software problems Analyze user needs: design, write and execute programs in a variety of programming environments Responsible for client data conversions Assists current or potential application users in identifying and describing problems, provide the feasibility of a solution Assist users in preparing for the installation and start-up of any new system being implemented Install or upgrade software applications; troubleshoot hardware and software related problems; assist in deployment of new applications in assigned areas Apply testing procedures/methodologies (i.e., diagnostic software) and provide interpretation of data. Performs other duties or special projects as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Three years of progressively responsible related technical experience Proficiency in programming techniques including database management applications Strong customer support skills Commitment to providing customer-focused quality service MS-SQL or Oracle server experience Experience writing database triggers and procedures Effective leadership, judgment and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization Requires organizational and communication skills; Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must be results oriented with a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done; A self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and directionPreferred Qualifications:
Knowing of any ERP system Familiar with healthcare medical devices industryEducation
Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems or a related field is required.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
