Description We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business rules and functional requirements, updating system documentation, and evaluating enhancement requests. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret business rules and functional requirements • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, ensuring it reflects the current system version • Evaluate enhancement requests and provide timely and accurate estimates • Design technical solutions utilizing the Visual Vault SaaS product • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure system modifications are error-free and perform as designed • Facilitate user acceptance testing and document the results of testing activities • Deploy software updates in a timely and efficient manner • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Communicate business information effectively to users and information technology personnel • Apply knowledge of business principles, practices, and procedures in all aspects of work. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication. • Proven experience with Documentation and Procedures. • Strong Leadership Skills and ability to follow Practices. • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written. • Track record in Process Improvement and Interpersonal Skills. • Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with Principles and Decision-Making processes. • Experience with Business Process Functions and Enhancement. • Ability to create and manage Test Cases and Modifications. • Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language. • Experience in creating a Test Plan. • Familiarity with SaaS and Deploying applications. • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Technical Documentation. • Proven ability to write Test Scripts and Create Test Plans. • Experience in providing Technical Solutions.
