Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst (BSA) in Merrimack, NH. Responsibilities: * Draw upon your strong systems analysis skills and a demonstrable ability to break down a sophisticated problem or opportunity and offer solutions * Demonstrate a global mind-set working and orchestrating across distributed teams and management * Work with Agile team and planning leads to identify, define and agile tools deployment to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and roadmap * Utilize structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems across tools * Effectively communicate progress to senior team; Participate in executive level presentations for internal or external use as applicable to communicate project and portfolio status and plans * Provide systems design/ patterns for multi-tier systems integrations * Look for opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get work done * Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user manuals * Provide required technical support to functional team (Product owners, BA) in client onboarding, technical analysis, API testing, etc. triaging system defects in production and non-production environments
