Systems Analyst (BT-25005)

The Systems Analyst will support the Space Force contract in Vandenberg, CA. \n
\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n\nCoordinate scheduled maintenance with Vehicle Monitors.\nCoordinate activities to repair vehicles after an accident occurs. \nSubmit accident\/repair report(s) to appropriate government agencies.\nResolve recall issues.\nCoordinate vehicle Turn-ins\/swap outs - including gas to electric vehicle form\/fit\/function swap outs.\nPerform annual physical audits and inventories of vehicles and usage forms.\nTrack and develop metrics \/ reports on audits, mileage, maintenance and outside rentals.\nAnalyze requirements for additional vehicles, analyze vehicle usage to make recommendations for allocation of resources and coordinate with Government customer on requirements.\nGenerate AF 601 forms to Base Supply for updating authorization levels.\nVerify Government Services Administration (GSA) Vehicle bill backs and resolve discrepancies.\nUpdate mileage, maintenance, and new vehicle data monthly in GSA drive thru system.\nManage the sheltering and recovery of vehicle fleet during natural disasters like hurricanes and wildfires.\nUpdate online vehicle checkout system as necessary.\nDevelop, maintain and provide Vehicle Monitor training.\nMonitor vehicle budget, verify fuel bills and coordinate payments with RGNext accounting.\nWork with Gov Fleet Manager to get new license tags.\nDispose \/ turn-in vehicles are required. \nInvestigate and coordinate efforts on any loss, theft or damage to vehicles.\nUpdate vehicle information in Maximo.\nMaintain current GSA\/SPV Vehicle and Vehicle Monitor lists. \nOther duties as assigned. \n\n

REQUIRED:\n

\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization.\nMust have a bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, management information systems or logistics management.\nMust have 5+ years of recent experience in fleet management. \nRequires experience with property management and\/or logistics support. \nMust have basic analytical skills.\n\n
\n

DESIIRED:\n\nExperience with Government supply inventory systems preferred.\nExperience with Maximo preferred.\nKnowledge and experience working with Government Property Control, Government Vehicle Control and Air Force systems desired.\n\n
\n

WORK LOCATION: \n\nThis position is located onsite. \nThis position may require some travel. \n\n
\n

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED:\n

DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENING REQUIRED:\n

All Bastion employees must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen; some contracts require participation in periodic random drug and alcohol screening programs.\n

STANDARD BASTION REQUIREMENTS:\n\nMust have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.\nAll of Bastion's employees must be team players. \nAble to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form, with internal and external customers.\nAble to follow company programs, processes, procedures, practices, requirements, goals, and objectives.\nMust have a strong work ethic and must be safety culture oriented.\nMust be organized with good time management skills.\nGenerally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.\nWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). \nMay require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).\nRegular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.\nAbility to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.\n\n

SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $117,000.\n
\n
