The anticipated salary range for this role is between $97,000.00 and $156,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

**SUMMARY:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One application. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration and management of our systems, and it requires a proactive and structured individual who can navigate complex technical environments and drive impactful solutions.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Change Request Process:**
+ Coordinate enhancement requests with the product team and Financial Analyst, providing technical guidance for change requests. Serve as the primary point of contact for all change requests, ensuring they are evaluated from banking, technical, and business perspectives.
**System Integration:**
+ Collaborate closely with technology, product, and experience leaders to define integrations within core banking.
+ Contribute to the implementation of core banking FIS solutions by collaborating with the product team.
+ Define and document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by Jenius Bank.
+ Coordinate and facilitate core banking and Digital One integrations across Jenius initiatives from a technical perspective.
+ Ensure timely receipt and integration of daily files from FIS, addressing and resolving any system integration issues that arise.
**Escalation Management:**
+ Act as the escalation point for daily operational issues, promptly addressing and resolving escalations to maintain smooth operations.
+ Escalate blockers and issues to FIS and manage escalations effectively.
**Project Coordination:**
+ Serve as the day-to-day project coordinator, partnering with the FIS point of contact.
+ Provide coordination and backup to the project release manager to ensure code releases for production incidents are tested and coordinated in lower environments and aligned with Sprint Releases.
+ Coordinate UAT around defects in partnership with the Testing team.
**Compliance and Audit:**
+ Monitor, evaluate, and execute audit processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
**Agile Practices:**
+ Provide guidance and representation during Story Grooming, Standup, Sprint Planning, and Demo Sessions as needed.
+ Make recommendations and direct improvements to the software development lifecycle process.
**Strategic Contribution:**
+ Contribute to the overall core banking solution strategy for digital bank implementation to meet the organization’s business requirements.
**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:**
+ 3+ years of experience in an Analyst role in Banking.
+ Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.
+ Experience with banking ecosystems and system integration.
+ Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office, Visio, and JIRA.
+ Working knowledge of banking concepts, such as ACH/EFT processing, Deposits, Lending, and GL.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences at various levels in the organization, e.g., executive management, individual contributors.
+ Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills.
+ Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking, financial services, or credit card services preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or another related discipline.
+ Solid skills in testing APIs using tools like Rest , Postman, and writing automation scripts for API tests.
