Short Description:  Re-release - new dates: 10/24/16 - 5/24/17. This level 3 systems analyst position will support the Data Capture implementation for multiple applications within the Department of Treasury. This would involve IBM DataCap software requirements.
Complete Description:  All aspects of IBM DataCap application analysis and support skill set required. DataCap application configuration review including knowledge of rule sets and optimal settings. Performance of unit testing and integration testing of modules. Ability to understand workflow task and improvement opportunities. Creation of DataCap workflow definitions and identifying the properties, including workflow improvement and optimization. Understanding of the DataCap change management process. Review and suggest improvements on how to deploy DataCap applications. Map development changes to test scenarios. The experience preferred would include IBM DataCap Taskmaster Application Manager, Rulesets, profiles, workflows, document hierarchy, RuleRunner, NENU, and change management best practices for change deployment. Enterprise content management support.
