The Systems Analyst - Dept Specialist is responsible for:

Providing technical support for Information Technology-related issues within designated health system areas, ensuring efficient operations and resolving customer inquiries promptly.Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer daily operations to deliver superior technical assistance, troubleshoot system/application issues, and offer tailored solutions.Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback, collaborating with teams to enhance systems and workflows.Develop and maintain dashboards for clinical institutes, lab pharmacy supplies, and maintenance operations, while participating in project management activities from inception through to completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

Required - High school or Equivalent

Preferred - Bachelors in Computer Science

Experience

Required - 2 years information technology or related field
