Dollar Tree/Family Dollar is seeking a candidate with senior level experience to provide technical operations support to DT enterprise applications including (support, administration, maintenance, audit, and enhancement) functions.

Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministration, maintenance and support for all assigned software applications.      Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues in assigned software application products.Identify recurring issues/problems and provide recommendations to eliminate or reduce incidents.Facilitate management and resolution of complex incidents/problems engaging other IT Teams and vendors as needed.Perform root cause analysis as required – Ability to thoroughly document RCA details and make improvements.Ensure smooth transitions from system changes/updates and projects into daily operations.Develop and implement minor enhancements to software systems.Participate in Disaster Recovery and IT Business Continuity processes and policies.Meet technical and business SLAs.
Required Qualifications6+ years of IT Operations experience (support, maintenance, and administration)Expert in LDAP and Linux systems administration.Experience writing SQL, Scripting and Automation.Experience with operating systems (Linux & Microsoft, iSeries will be a plus)Experience with various support tools and Microsoft Office.Experience utilizing ServiceNow and JIRA.A self-starter who can prioritize, and work both independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)Experience in Cloud and SaaS products, preferably Workday.4+ years’ experience in Retail IndustryITIL Certificate
