The IT Implementation Specialist/Architect will work with USS Innovation leadership, including strategic and tactical planning, and oversee the standup of operational and financial systems. The specialist will interact with vendors and IT partners as well as business organizations to assist in the coordination of the activities and projects for the team.
Major Responsibilities:
+ Work with USS Innovation leaders and business process owners to document and translate business processes into IT Requirements.
+ Build and execute project plans to identify and deliver optimal systems for the organization.
+ Lead IT partners in prioritization of deliverables, implement business requirements, demand planning and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
+ Organize and lead project reviews with USS Innovation leadership and business partners at all levels (including executive level).
+ Work with various service provider groups to ensure compliance to quality and cyber policies.
+ Lead roll-out activities and build business user job aides for new systems
Minimum Requirements:
+ Minimum of 5+ years IT implementation and delivery processes experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree required. Majors preferred are Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analyst or equivalent.
+ Demonstrated strong project management leadership experience.
+ Candidate is required to meet corporate ethics and professional standards.
+ Previous Experience with new IT system implementation, integration and product roll-out/go-live.

+ Must have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated evidence of effective team collaboration and relationship building ability.
+ Master’s degree in relevant field(s).
+ PMP Certification or significant Project Management experience
+ Deep knowledge of back-office business processes (Order, Receivables, Procurement, Payables, Accounting)
+ Prior system implementation for integration experience identifying and implementing a new ERP or Financial System.
As an IT Implementation Specialist of the company, qualified candidates for this role also must demonstrate the ability to manage change, communicate effectively, and lead high-performance teams.
This base salary range is a good faith estimate. Based on candidate skills/experience the final offer may be lower/higher. Salary range $111,570 - $167,355
