Seeking an experienced professional to work as a Systems Analyst in our Information Technology department specializing in Gaming Applications. The Systems Analyst specializes in understanding the needs of the business owners and translating them into technical specifications. They formulate business and functional requirements or systems specifications across multiple business functions or application environments to create system and software solutions, and executes projects independently. The Systems Analyst is expected to maintain expertise across an application environment (e.g., gaming suite) and work effectively with other information technology professionals to ensure that the application environment is stable, efficient and responsive to business needs. The position involves analysis and presentation of information to business owners, including Marketing, Player Development, Casino and Hospitality Operations. These initiatives will be done in accordance with department policies, procedures, and standards to support information systems development and maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesWhere You'll Make an Impact:
Provide Subject Matter Expertise for business functions or configuration of application systems environments in the Live Casino & Hotel Application suite.Facilitate meetings and workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.In partnership with the IT Business Analyst provide subject matter expertise for determining business requirements to address business opportunities or issues across business functions within the gaming applications.Assess and analyze existing processes and data to identify improvement opportunities and present findings to stakeholders for discussion.Act as a representative of Technology Services to internal and external customers.Monitor and maintain local IT infrastructure.Debug production reported issues and suggest manual workarounds.Perform other job related functions as assigned.Skills to Help You Succeed:

We strive to keep CSE shift assignments stable for up to 1 month or more to minimize shift changes and maximize schedule stability.Ability to demonstrate a professional, mature, positive and self-confidence in accomplishing daily tasks.Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team, both within and outside the department on a daily basis.Strong research and business writing skills required.Must have initiative, strive for continuous improvement. Proven ability in implementing innovative ideas or business solutions.Maintain and or achieve all required OEM Certifications as directed by ManagementIdeally has at least one or more of the following: CompTIA A+ Certified Professional, CompTIA Network+ Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, Project Management Professional (PMP). Ideally should plan to achieve at least 1 more certification within the first year of tenure at LCH.Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systemsUnderstanding of ITIL methodologies May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required QualificationsMust-Haves:
Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experienceIdeally has Microsoft Office 365 and/or Active Directory administration experienceMust be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.Must be able to climb 35 stairs to the Casino Floor for several regular trips around the floor during a shift (which can be up to 2000 feet per trip).Flexibility and ability to work within a high growth, high stress, and fast paced environment with changing priorities.
