Are you someone who can:

Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutionsIncrease operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectivenessDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast end effectiveCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirementsLiaise and communicate the system requirements to the necessary audiences e.g. testers, developers, business analysts and provide ongoing feedback regarding system issues

You will be an ideal candidate if you can:

Support channels, Product Houses, Segment owners, other business units and Banks with queries on systemInvestigate, monitor and resolve system and business problems to completion by working with Business and Technology on operational issues and fixesMonitor and oversee the daily running of the various applications by adding, maintaining, and checking of data pertaining to systems under the areas controlSupport System Analyst to analyse the integrity of the system requirements and perform a risk assessment on each requirement and document, and maintain the set of system requirements together with the associated rationale, decisions and assumptionsSupport with the review test plans, scripts and test results to ensure that the system delivered conforms to quality standards and system
