Systems Architect Tech lead
Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to support feature preparation for future PI planning. This role involves collaborating with product owners and managers to understand feature priorities and required technologies, assessing the technical scope and size of changes, and providing day-to-day support to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include overseeing software engineers in their activities, preparing and executing deployments, conducting first-time event validations (FTEV), and evaluating both current and future states of applications. The position requires at least 80% oversight and technical leadership, with occasional hands-on technical responsibilities. This individual will be overseeing 2 teams, both approximately 10 individuals each. This individual will be paid based off of experience, $120k-$150k. Skills and Requirements Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Lead  Mulesoft: Hands-on experience with Mulesoft to support developers. o Proficiency in understanding both products and repositories, pipelines.  Java: Hands-on experience with Java 11, with a target to transition to Java 17. Ideally, familiarity with both versions. o Ability to provide support to developers.  Data - SQL: o Integrations with Snowflake using MuleSoft. o Understanding of data integrations from an enterprise perspective.  Experience working in an Azure Environment  Insurance background, ideally LIFE INSURANCE Experience working with FAST platform integrations and life insurance  Professional experience working with COBOL.  Experience using expression to extract structured data from XML  DevOps/CICD Pipelines:  Experience working in Azure.  Familiarity with adhering to DevOps standards is preferred, even though there is a dedicated DevOps team. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
