Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Systems Assembly Technician to join one of our largest testing and simulation clients. Qualified candidates must be eager to learn as this team handles custom hydromechanical systems for clients across various industries. The team is responsible for the assembling and troubleshooting of a variety of hydraulic products. These systems will be used by clients around the world for simulation solutions in the automotive, aerospace, civic engineering and materials science space. We are seeking individuals that have strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience fabricating hydraulic hard lines.
*Please note this is an onsite role. Flexible work schedule for 4 ten hour shifts.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Associate's Degree or certification in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Hydraulics space OR 4+ years of assembling and troubleshooting hydromechanical systems without a degree
- Ability to fabricate hydraulic hard lines
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Experience with 3D design software such as AutoCAD
- Experience with a wide variety of small hand tools, including torque wrenches
- Must work first shift onsite in Eden Prairie, MN - Previous experience operating cranes
- Ability to cross-train other employees null
