Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Configuration Project Specialist II in Los Angeles, CA. Duties * Responsible for providing a broad range of project coordination and support to the department Directors, Managers, Project Managers, and staff * Responsible for identifying, defining, and developing reporting systems, project plans, etc. that timely and accurately reflect the status of deliverables and the overall health of projects * Works closely with departmental management staff to identify resources needed for the projects and the related roles and responsibilities of those resources * Collaborates cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders on the preparation, update, etc. of project documentation, business cases, etc. to help ensure that timelines are met, renegotiated (as applicable), etc. * Leads/facilitates assigned meetings and conference calls on behalf of the department * Troubleshoots and resolves related issues, questions, etc. * Provide a broad range of project coordination and support to the department Directors, Managers, Project Managers, and staff * Work closely with departmental management staff to identify resources needed for the projects and the related roles and responsibilities of those resources * Lead/facilitate assigned meetings and conference calls on behalf of the department * Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration related issues, questions, etc. * Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project progress, including analyzing and consolidating project data and preparing reports * Identify, define, and develop reporting systems, project plans, etc. that timely and accurately reflect the status of deliverables and the overall health of projects * Identify, and record project risks and develop recommendations for improvement/resolution in collaboration with project stakeholders * Handle system configuration projects for proper status and progress
