We are seeking a Systems Content Engineer to join our team and contribute to our top-tier Support site and self-service resources. If you are passionate about website management, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS), we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be part of the UX Support Infrastructure and Operations team in our Manila office. You will collaborate with information architects, knowledge base writers, product managers, developers, engineers, support staff, product experts, and various stakeholders to enhance RingCentral’s self-service ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include building website components, managing metadata and SEO, conducting quality assurance, updating content, analyzing data and reporting, publishing on CMS and LMS platforms, and overseeing the overall quality of your work. The results of your efforts will be visible to both internal and external users and are crucial for the ongoing success and competitiveness of our product offerings.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically while also paying attention to detail. You should be self-motivated, organized, thoughtful, and enthusiastic about learning new and emerging technologies. Proficiency in CMS and LMS systems, along with experience in managing websites for self-service audiences, is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and publish web-based content according to deliverable release requirements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, writers, UX producers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to evaluate and publish content across multiple support sites.
Communicate the status of publishing and projects to various stakeholders.
Conduct site and link audits (qualitative analyses of all support site content) and provide recommendations for improvements.
Research and suggest new approaches to support site navigation and information architecture.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with global and culturally diverse teams.
Plan, oversee, and execute projects from start to finish.
Review internal processes to ensure usability and effectiveness.
Align brand awareness with an understanding of platform functionality across all products.
Provide recommendations on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content development, content distribution, and measurement to effectively tailor content for specific audience requirements.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
Proven experience in supporting Content Management Systems (CMS)and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Expertise in XML DITA customization, including implementing constraints and other custom modifications.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software efficiently.
Enjoys exploring and pioneering new technologies, and approaching challenges with enthusiasm.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Highly driven, enthusiastic, and resourceful, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones.

Knowledge of SEO is preferred.
Proficient in content presentation and delivery.
2+ years of college experience or related professional experience.
