Systems Coordinator
Job Details:

Under the direction of the Systems Manager, the Systems Coordinator will provide education, support and advocacy to the patient services and patient access departments. The incumbent will act as a software expert who will work closely with the software and EMR teams. The Systems Coordinator will provide analytic reports and will meet with the practice and hospital leadership to establish goals and monitor outcomes. In this position, the incumbent will be responsible to implement the day-to-day work in order to maximize the software in order to drive success.

Responsibilities:

Manage Day to Day contact with internal and external teams regarding software systems. Gather, document, troubleshoot and problem solve reported software issues and escalate appropriately Manage and prioritize escalations internally and externally to resolve issues with software performance Support, manage and maintain software dashboards using constant surveillance and identifying operational inefficiencies to ensure efficiency and functionality Perform continual workflow analysis, training, build, testing, go-live support and post-live optimization while setting expectations internally and externally Continually work to improve utilization to drive adoption and usage of features within the software solutions Develop and share best practices with internal teams to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal software processes Manage Health Campaign oversight, reporting and measurement of the software systems Prepare and present presentations and demonstrations Must function as a subject-matter expert and Super User of the software Communicate effectively on all levels Promotes a positive work attitude fostering teamwork and acceptance of management decisions. Supports peer to peer training initiative for employees. Works independently, takes initiative in completing assignments and does so without reminder. Remains current with all Patient Services and Patient Access Department procedures. Demonstrates flexibility in schedule and travel to meet patient and office needs. Works with a sense of urgency. Performs other tasks as required for the effective and efficient functioning of the organization when directed to do so by Supervisory and Managerial personnel. Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, required. Demonstrated experience using an electronic medical record and Phreesia software experience preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelors Preferred
