Systems Deployment and Training Senior Consultant

What You Will Do:


The Systems Deployment and Training Senior Consultant will join a dynamic team supporting a global implementation of an IT system at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will assist with the deployment, configuration, and implementation of the system, as well as with training end-users on a global IT system. 

Day to day responsibilities may include:

Performing tests to verify the system functions as intended and identify any potential issues 

Creating training materials to include manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises to educate users on the system's functionalities

Conducting training sessions for different user groups, addressing their specific needs and questions about the system

Providing troubleshooting assistance to users during implementation phase and addressing any post-deployment issues


What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelor's degree

THREE (3) years of experience with system administration, software deployment, and/or systems training


What Would Be Nice To Have:

State Department experience (or other international agency)

Strong project management experience, to include managing project timelines and coordinating systems deployment activities across teams

Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing project requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Prior consulting experience
