Our flagship product, the "Knack Stack," introduces flexible and automated hybrid cloud infrastructure as a service for cloud-agnostic deployments and automation. It's designed to automate data management and security. Knack Works is seeking a Systems Engineer to coordinate the development, deployment, and maintenance of our services and systems for government customers. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working across multiple areas of the System Engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Create, manage, and release various documentation products through coordination with Subject Matter Experts. * Oversee and manage our document control processes for projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and easily retrievable. * Set up and maintain workflows for document approvals, reviews, and revisions. * Manage document version control and track revisions, approvals, and distribution of documentation. * Collaborate with program managers, developers, engineers, and other team members to ensure all required documents are up to date and available to necessary stakeholders * Audit document control processes regularly to ensure accuracy and efficiency, recommending improvements where necessary. * Translates high-level product strategies into system requirement specifications by acting as a customer liaison * Develop/Manage technical requirements through various tracking systems * Assist with the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to document management and processing. * Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in relevant areas. * Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals, and training/documentation gaps are identified and resolved * Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * Minimum 5-10 years of experience in documentation analysis (SOPs, training materials, etc.) * Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph, willing to obtain ISSA * Demonstrated experience with document management principles, including version control, workflows, and file organization * At least 10 years of experience working within the Intelligence Community * Ability to coordinate with a diverse group of technical experts * Must be willing to work on-site in Northern Virginia * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio * Highly adaptable and skilled at problem-solving in fast-paced, evolving environments with the ability to work effectively with many diverse stakeholders from engineers to senior executives Preferred: * Demonstrated experience providing technical documentation and presentations to customers * Demonstrated Experience developing and administering training in multiple formats (in-person, CBT, etc.), focusing on adult based learning concepts * Proficiency in requirements tracking tools and software (JIRA, Confluence, Git, PowerBI) Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
