JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
* Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
* Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
* Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Active Secret Clearance
* Bachelor"s or Master"s Degree from an accredited college in Aeronautical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering degree
* 4+ years of relevant work experience
* HW/SW architecture development
* Experience performing requirements decomposition, allocation, and/or interface definition
* Technical background in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Architecture
* Experience developing architectures and/or requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Agile Scrum experience
* Experience performing Systems Engineering activities associated with Model Based applications
* Experience with Development and Operations (DevOps) technologies
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with subordinates, peers, senior team members and the customer at both programmatic and technical levels
* Lifecycle management experience
