Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer 3 in Plano, Texas. This role will involve working with a variety of IT software, hardware, and networking disciplines. You will be expected to support IT equipment and services across several teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and detail oriented support. Responsibilities: • Provide user support for Mac/Windows/Linux OS, hardware, software, and peripherals • Troubleshoot LAN and administer systems as required • Manage hardware procurement and asset tracking • Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes and systems • Mentor entry level technicians and handle escalated issues • Support and maintain customer credit applications and records • Ensure a high degree of proficiency in IT software, hardware, and networking • Undertake tasks related to project management and data cabling • Maintain server administration and facilitate computer facilities maintenance • Utilize AWS technologies and SQL in the execution of duties. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software • Extensive experience in Project Management • Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently • Knowledge of facility management • Strong networking skills and understanding of networking concepts • Experience in procurement and sourcing • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction • Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Windows OS, and Linux • Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field • Experience in software deployments • Knowledge of desktop hardware and peripheral equipment • Familiarity with AWS Technologies and other cloud platforms • Strong understanding of computer hardware • Ability to deliver training sessions to staff and customers • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation • Excellent customer service skills.
