Miller Brothers Staffing is looking for a Systems Electrical Service Engineer in the Warren, Oh area:
1st Shift
Pay Range: $30-$36/HR + OT available
Essential Duties/Responsibilities Create/update machine tool software including CNC operational software; PLC (Ladder Logic); HMI; and robot operation. Design Control System to meet design and safety standards, electrical schematics, and BoM. Commission machine on plant floor, validate operation, and debug as required. Train customer personnel both in plant and at customer site. Maintain liaison with customers and provide technical support. Communicate with and manage customer requirements and their expectations. Work additional hours as required to fulfill customer commitments. Actively participate with and respond to department team members. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of electrical schematics and industrial controls. Proficiency in 2D CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, etc. Focus on quality is necessary to maintain ISO 9001 certification. An emphasis on continuous improvement is essential to effectiveness. Quality conscious and attentive to detail. Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills. Mathematical and mechanical aptitude. Self-motivated and multi-tasked oriented. Ability to work in a self-directed, self-inspected environment. Education: BS in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology or similar. Familiarity with NFPA79, UL508A, and ISO 13849-1, helpful. Robot Operation and Programming, helpful CNC Operation and Programming, helpful.
