This position supports a government contract. Requirements Manager, Systems Engineering. We are seeking a a Senior level individual for this critical program role. You will contribute to the operationalization of a prototype system for a scalable NextGen space resiliency / flight safety program. This is a major system and is supported by an inter-disciplinary set of teams providing full lifecycle software development, cloud, data and systems engineering. You will play an early role in the project life cycle and join the effort to build a complete system (architecture, platform, tool/capabilities, microservices with integration, verification and validation). This Enterprise level role requires significant focus on Requirements Management and Rationalization. Technical documentation, analysis and establishing traceability, and prioritization across highly complex, multi-domain subject areas. Candidate should have proficiency with requirements meta-data and frameworks. Requires strong technical, analytical and communication skills. This role will serve as a critical control point and will be required to interface and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across subject domains, technical teams and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: Requirements Management, (Rationalization, Analysis and Documentation) Rationalization and Analysis of Solutions Architecture Technical support on architecture designs and alignment of key objectives and capabilities to development requirements. Synthesize critical information across multiple domains, applications and technologies. Interface and Communications with broad range of customer, project and technical stakeholders.
