Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Systems Engineers with the aptitude to assume a lead role to support our Combat Vehicle and Naval Guns Product Lines. Spearhead or assist requirements development and management.Develop and direct subsystem and component performance specifications by evaluating and deriving necessary requirements.Develop and maintain requirements verification and compliance and supporting artifacts.Support requirements decomposition analysis to help drive concept architectures and system characteristics.Direct and facilitate architecture development of assigned system, subsystems, and components.Drive development and maintenance of interface requirements and interface design information for assigned sub-system, system and components.Document concept design selections and generate System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments.Coordinate and facilitate formal decisions and trade studies to drive design and document results.Support the actualization and monitoring of cost, schedule, and risk.Coordinate Systems Engineering activities to influence the design.Support vehicle level Systems Engineering activities and program milestone reviews.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SECRET US CLEARANCE3+ years of Systems engineering experience Requirements analysis and decomposition (DOORS)MBSE Systems DesignSystems Test & Integration Systems Architecture
