Responsibilities + Generate functional requirements based on customer specifications + Enter and maintain system and product requirements in IBM DOORS database + Prepare and review design documentation + Participate in occasional customer meetings + Prepare and review testing procedures + Work with hardware and software engineers to align functional requirements with implementation Essential Skills + Experience with requirements writing (5+ years) + Proficiency in requirements management tool (preferably IBM DOORS) + Strong understanding of systems engineering principles Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field Work Environment Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office.
